Information collected via this website is utilized strictly to evaluate technical specifications, prepare formal quotations, fulfill purchase orders, issue batch Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and satisfy tax accounting obligations.

- Accounting & Tax Compliance: Invoices, purchase orders, and transaction manifests are retained for 7 years in compliance with Colorado state and federal statutory accounting requirements.
- Quality Lot Traceability: Certificate of Analysis (CoA) records and batch scan logs are retained indefinitely to ensure traceability for engineering customers.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Local browser storage is utilized strictly for the functional operation of your request list, which persists on this browser until you clear it. Contact form fields remain in page memory; preparing a draft does not submit them to Raw Carbon.
